About

Hello, I'm Tayyeba.

I have spent more than ten years in HR and client success. I began in recruitment and HR at Randstad Canada, supporting well-known Canadian employers in manufacturing, consumer goods and retail, and advising leaders on policy, compliance and employee relations for teams of more than 100.

Since then I have worked in client success in enterprise technology, where the job is keeping complex work organized, documented and on time for clients. That is the same discipline I now bring to your staff files and policies.

I founded Verdelle HR to give licensed child care centres the kind of organized, dependable HR that large employers take for granted, at a size and price that makes sense for a centre.

Our approach

A person, not a platform. Scope in writing.

Every engagement is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Who does the work

The Verdelle HR team

Support is delivered by the Verdelle HR team, led by founder Tayyeba Zamir (Honours BHRM, York University). We use AI-assisted drafting, and every document is reviewed by a person. Decisions about your employees always stay with you.

Tools

Secure, standard business tools

Standard secure business tools for email, documents and reminders. Drafting may be AI-assisted, but no staff personal information is entered into AI tools, every document is reviewed by a person, and every decision about your people stays with you.

Scope

HR guidance, not legal advice

Verdelle HR provides HR guidance and documentation. Your centre makes the final decisions about its people, and the licensee remains responsible for licensing compliance.

No new software

Nothing new to learn

No. It is a hands-on service. You work with a person, not a platform, and there is nothing new for you to learn.

Availability and backup

When you need us, and when we are away.

Availability

Planned absences announced

Response times are targets written into your agreement, not guarantees. Planned absences are announced in advance, with how urgent matters will be covered during that time. Calls can be booked early morning, at nap time or after pickup.

Urgent matters

The right people first

Tell us it is urgent and we prioritize it. A serious occurrence, an allegation involving a child or a legal threat goes first to the people who must hear it: the Ministry, your children's aid society, police where needed and a lawyer. We then help with the HR side: documentation, staff communication and next steps.

Data handling

Your files stay yours.

We collect only what is needed, keep it in access-controlled business accounts, and limit access to the person doing your work. Confidentiality terms are written into your agreement. If a privacy breach ever affects your information, we tell you promptly and follow PIPEDA reporting rules. When you leave, we return your files and then delete our copies. Read our Privacy Policy.

Everything we build for you, including your handbook, policies, templates and staff file records, belongs to your centre and is yours to keep if you leave.
